The property units we offer to rent for holidays are similar to particular terraced houses. In fact each of
them has some peculiarity of its own, and they are different in number of rooms, exposure and equipment of the outdoor areas for exclusive use.
They are part of a little building complex, made up by 2 villas, developed at the ground floor only, as
the local tradition wants. The first one is an old country house with cross vaults expanded around a millstone (a place where grapes were pressed), with barrel vault and reservoir digged in the rock. The second one has been recently built.

The location, the exposure and the shielding of the outdoor areas, with flower boxes and garden walls
allowed to obtain perfectly independent living units, provided with entrance through its own veranda, which you can enter from independent outdoor areas, equipped with shower (hot an cold water), barbecue and flower boxes. The open courtyard area, shared by all the guests, is characteristic with its gazebo with a little fountain, and it’s furnished with outdoor sofas and small armchairs. Everything is surrounded by a Mediterranean garden. Two car-parks, some green areas and an olive grove complete our structure.

Each flat is furnished in a simple, functional and tasteful way in order to be suitable, for heat, functional character and comfortableness, for the use of holiday house.
The bedrooms are furnished with a wardrobe, a sprung bed base with wooden staves and orthopaedical mattresses, a chest of drawers, bedside tables, a chair or a small armchair.
The bathroom is provided with bowl, bidet, washbasin, bathtub or shower with hot and cold water.
The kitchen is supplied with a table, some chairs, a kitchen cupboard, a fridge with freezer, cookers with oven, a sink and tableware in quantity adequate to number of people.
